1/4 cup powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Vanilla instant Pudding Mix
Combine the Whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and stir to combine, Let sit if necessary for a minute to make sure the sugar melts into the cream.
Beat on Medium speed with an electric mixer until you notice some pattern staying in the mixture, it should be far from completely whipped.
Add the Instant pudding mix and continue to beat on high speed until it is a stiff consistency.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Great for Fruit, pies, waffles, crepes, drinks, cheesecake,
