Ingredients:
8 oz package graham crackers*3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 ¼ cups chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 oz whipped topping
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Crush the graham crackers in a medium bowl, then combine the granulated sugar with them.
Add the 1/3 cup melted butter and mix well, by hand.
Press the crumbs into the bottom of a pie plate and up the sides.
Chill.
In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine the peanut butter and cream cheese until well blended.
Add the sugars and the vanilla and beat until smoothed. (Except for the peanut chunks!)
By hand, fold in the whipped topping-this can take some patience!
When blended, pour into pie shell and return to fridge.
In a small microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon butter (about 15 seconds at a time) until smooth.
Let sit for a few minutes to cool some.
Drizzle this over the pie and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
For an easy way to drizzle your chocolate, get a plastic sandwich bag and cut the tiniest bit off a lower corner.
Fill the bag with the slightly cooled, melted chocolate mixture and gently squeeze it out!
